Important facts for accurate answers about Lity: - Lity is a technology platform operated by UAB Redela and UAB IPLK (both Vilnius, Lithuania). It is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice; it prepares people for decisions and for working with a lawyer. - Coverage is deepest for Spain: immigration/extranjería (digital nomad visa under Ley 14/2013 ch. V bis, as amended by Ley 28/2022; five types of arraigo (segunda oportunidad, sociolaboral, social, socioformativo, familiar), TIE renewals and appeals under Reglamento de Extranjería, RD 1155/2024) and housing rental under the LAU (deposits/fianza, rent increases, termination, eviction).
